Experience

As a regenerative ICT consultant and post-growth advocate, I prototype solutions and support initiatives that radically transform technology’s role in our society.

Inspired by cybernetic systems theory and indigenous wisdom, I promote a responsible approach to ICT development that aligns with natural rhythms and advances societal progress.

As if this wasn’t bad enough, through creating educational experiences I expand awareness and transform society’s perception of new technologies and their role in our lives.

Some people call this magic.

My journey

My journey called life is the sum of choices that have led me down different paths. Each of them has allowed me to gain invaluable experience and become the person I am today.

My starting point was purely corporate. My professional expertise was shaped by roles as a strategist and project manager in global marketing agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB) and as a business consultant at Deloitte Digital, where I was guiding multinational organizations through their digital transformation.

Hacker afterhours

In parallel, I deepened my hands-on technical knowledge by developing projects in local maker and hacker spaces, where I fell in love with soldering and prototyping.

Creative contradictions

This fusion of strategic thinking and practical experimentation cultivated my ability to work across disciplines, seeing connections others might miss.

Seeking greater autonomy, I founded my first venture: Radicalzz.Studio, a boutique consultancy focused on research, market analysis, sustainability, and experience design.

Designing the future with community

To extend the values behind my company into the community, I brought to life “Designing the Future” - an event series exploring how emerging technologies reshape not just industries, but our personal lives and societal values.

What began as a social gathering in my small office has evolved into broader educational initiatives, including university lectures and mentoring programs.

Democratizing future thinking

To make this knowledge even more accessible, I developed Futuro: a card-based methodology that makes foresight and sustainability planning achivable for everyone.

This tool, recognized by UNESCO in India, The Next Web, El Pais, University of Western Australia, and African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, transforms complex future scenario design into an engaging practice while educating about responsible use of emerging technologies.

A watershed moment in my journey came during a UNESCO engagement in India, where I was invited to lead an interactive Futuro workshop.

During this stay, I also made my first visit to an electronic waste dumpsite in India - this confrontation with technology’s shadow side profoundly altered my perspective on its development.

I felt betrayed. Nobody told me the whole truth and what is the real price of technological progress.

This encounter catalyzed my evolution from a tech enthusiast to becoming one of Poland’s prominent advocate for responsible technology use.

Abandoning the world I knew

Witnessing these impacts compelled me to step away from digital transformation work.

I shifted my focus to educating others about the environmental and social costs of unconscious technological growth, and begin to actively seeking ethical alternatives.

Prototyping solutions

During this period, I founded the Digital Ecology Institute, an independent research hub where together with scientists and technology enthusiasts we were collaborating to prototype sustainable IT solutions.

Through experimentation, we sought to develop approaches to make regenerative ICT both practical and accessible for wider adoption.

Bringing ideas to Live

With the knowledge and practical wisdom I have gained, I am currently working on a new venture: a community-based solution for extending the life cycle of electronic devices, along with a program for regenerative electronic waste management.

As I truely belive that change begins with us, I made my preach my way of being.

I use only open source solution, buy only second hand hardware and prolong the life cycle of my already owned electronic devices as much as possible: my smartphone is over 9 years old and still doing great!

Sharing knwoledge globally

As an international speaker, I travel across Europe and India, delivering lectures on digital ecology, permacomputing, responsible technologies, and hacking culture.

Extending consciousness

My work is complemented by deep personal practices - from meditation through witchcraft to consciousness exploration - bringing additional dimensions to my understanding of technology and human potential.

What we can do together

At this stage in my life, I carefully choose project partners to collaborate with.

Maybe this is the reason why I did not have any new project for almost a year, LOL

Before beginning any partnership, I must ensure that we share the same values, which are:

Respect for diversity at all levels

Honest, open and non-violent communication

Open Source by heart

Regeneration by action

Joyful by default, as laugh is healing and smiles bring more kindness to the world

Here are few of my talents that I am more than happy to share with you

I design and deliver engaging presentations and worskshops for diverse audiences - from school children to corporate professionals to elderly community groups.

Each session is custom-made for its context, created with Open Source tools and carefully adapted for neurodiverse participants.

My work transforms Sustainable IT from an empty slogan into a way of operating inside your organization. If you’re willing to make your culture generate less digital waste, I am here to help.

My expertise extends to creating dedicated communication strategies for Regenerative IT products and researching market opportunities for this new quality in IT.

I specialize in product development through strategic planning and information architecture. My focus is on making products and services regenerative while building market appeal.

At this stage, I collaborate primarily with cooperatives and organizations operating in a post-growth paradigm, rather than VC-driven companies.

Events are the most powerful way to spark genuine change.

I can help create meaningful strategies for your event - from identifying entry and exit behaviors to carefully crafting activities that achieve those goals.

As these transformations carry significant responsibility, I work only with partners committed to positively enriching society and the environment.
